Next Self-Awareness Day – Sunday 15th January 2017.
On Sunday 15th January 2017 we will be running a one day class in Self Awareness – 10.00am to 4.00pm.
This is an extremely interesting day which will open your mind to how your own mind works and you will gain invaluable knowledge regarding self-awareness which you will draw on again and again…
Imagine having someone on your shoulder nagging you or giving you a hard time…. you would soon get fed up with it, wouldn’t you? Yet when we do it for ourselves we just accept it. This inner dialogue is then reflected in our behaviour…
Through this class, I can teach you how to recognise what you are saying to yourself, and how to change that through self-awareness and mind development.
As someone who trains students to Diploma Standard, I have, over the years, tutored hundreds of people, from all walks of life, and I have watched them reap the benefits of this low-cost class
What can Self Awareness be useful for?
We can use these techniques for a variety of things ranging from weight control to smoking cessation and positive thinking. Below are some things which hypnosis is commonly used for.
- smoking cessation
- weight loss
- stress management
- pain management
- fears and phobias
- sports performance
What you will learn on the course
You will learn not only how to hypnotise yourself but others too.
You will find out how you communicate with others and just as importantly how you communicate with yourself.
As well as self-hypnosis the course covers the basics of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness therapy. Talking about the most common thinking errors we make such as negative thinking, all or nothing thinking and ‘wouldn’t it be awful if’.
The course is excellent value for money and if you are interested in becoming a full-time hypnotherapist will be an excellent starting place to discover this fascinating discipline.
