I am delighted to announce a one day seminar in the art of self hypnosis to be held on Sunday 28th March at Dartington Hall, Totnes
The day will consist of a brief introduction to hypnosis and hypnotherapy and will continue with practical sessions along with instances of when and how to use hypnosis for your own benefit in everyday life.
The cost for the event is £37.50 if booked in advance or £42.50 on the day* to include teas and coffees.
