is 43 years old and a trained hypnotherapist, he began taking an interest
in hypnosis from a young age but it was only when a loved one began
suffering from severe depression did he begin looking at methods of
curing this debilitating illness.
Previously Chris worked as a technical director for
a company making accredited medical training programs for the professional
development of qualified doctors. Whilst he was involved in this, he
was suprised to find that there was a real shortage of supportive therapists.
It was this that led to Chris to research different remedies and eventually
came across a training program run by the internationally renowned hypnotherapist
Valerie Austin. Chris’s training began in February 2003 and by
September he had passed his Diploma in Advanced Structured Hypnotherapy
with a pass mark of over 96% Training is an ongoing process and Chris
regularly attends workshops as both a student and a helper. It was during
his time in training that Chris realised just how many facets there
were to hypnosis and what a benefit this medium can be to people.
Chris is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register
and abides by the strict codes of conduct set down by the governing
body. |
